TECHNICAL MEETING BETWEEN THE ACADEMIC VICE-RECTORATE AND THE TEAM OF TEACHERS AND MEMBERS OF THE DIFFERENT FACULTIES AND SCHOOLS OF THE AAUCA
The Academic Vice Chancellor of the Afro-American University of Central Africa held a meeting this morning with the staff of teachers, secretaries and other members of the different faculties and schools to draw up new guidelines for this school year.
After receiving several recommendations and instructions from the Ministry of Education, University Teaching and Sports in the sessions they had in Malabo during the month of August, Dr. Nvé Mitogo, as academic vice-rector, has called a meeting this Monday morning, have the first contact with the academics of this Higher Education Institution after almost twice vacation. The objective has been to convey to you the different decisions that were made in Malabo for the academic year that is about to begin.
At the meeting they have also addressed various issues within the internal framework of the AAUCA, among which they have addressed the recruitment of new professors and the new forms of enrollment of students who wish to cross their careers at this university, in this section, Dr. Nvé Mitogo has insisted that: “this year we want to integrate students with a good level, who can adapt to the demands of this university, so that the files that would be admitted will go through a rigorous evaluation”. has explained the Academic Vice Chancellor.
The other burning point of the meeting has been on the date of the beginning of the classes at the Afro-American University of Central Africa. After a previous evaluation on this subject, the academic team has preferred that AAUCA open its doors for the school year 2.021-2.022 after the selectivity exams, so that those who pass can have the opportunity to enroll.
To conclude this meeting for planning the new guidelines, the Academic Vice-Rector has requested the support of the directors, secretaries and professors of the different faculties to implement this new work plan with satisfaction.
